About

Hi! It’s really nice to meet you.

I’m Michal Harari.
I’m a Cognitive-Behavioral Coach from Israel, specializing in self-worth, confidence, and human connection – between parent and child, between romantic partners and within oneself.

My work bridges psychology, neuroscience and compassion to help people understand the roots of their emotions and transform the patterns that keep them stuck.

Academic studies in Psychology and Computer Science, I’m a certified Master NLP practitioner, trained in Gestalt Therapy and Music Therapy. For over a decade, I’ve also been a student and practitioner of Zen Buddhism, exploring how awareness and compassion can quiet the mind and open the heart. For the past twenty years, I’ve also been exploring the philosophy of quantum physics, seeking to understand how consciousness, perception, and reality intertwine.

My approach is deeply grounded in Attachment Theory, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and the belief that healing happens in connection – not isolation.

I was born in 1979 and live in the suburbs of Israel, in a home surrounded by wild greenery and quiet. I’m a mother of two, and much of my work is inspired by the everyday tenderness, chaos, and beauty of raising children, and the lessons love keeps teaching us.

I don’t teach from theory alone; I live this work. As a woman with ADD and a mother of a child with ADHD, I know firsthand the challenges and beauty of neurodivergent relationships. Discovering this truth in my own family turned into my life’s mission.

Today, through my coaching, writing, and digital programs, I help parents, individuals, and couples reconnect with themselves and each other, with honesty, gentleness, and courage.
